A Carlsberg brewery in Foshan, China, has achieved great success in proving that upholding rigorous standards protects people’s health and safety. 

The Foshan brewery, which is our newest brewery globally, celebrated a significant safety milestone in May 2024 when it reached 2 million accident-free working hours. This success is due to the team’s dedicated efforts to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of workers throughout its processes at the brewery that has an annual capacity of 5 million hectoliters. Its leading-edge intelligent manufacturing is helping to drive progress towards our goal of ZERO lost-time accidents by 2030.
