Lars Lehmann is appointed to Carlsberg Group’s Executive Committee (ExCom) as Executive Vice President (EVP) for the Eastern European region; Jacek Pastuszka will change from EVP Eastern Europe to Western Europe, while current Western Europe EVP Chris Warmoth reverts to Group Strategy as EVP.
Effective 1 May 2019, Chris Warmoth, will revert to Group Strategy as Executive Vice President. Chris joined Carlsberg in January 2014 as EVP for the Asian region. Throughout the years, Chris has held various executive positions at Carlsberg, most recently as Executive Vice President for the Western European region, and he has been instrumental in the transformation of the brewery group.
Jacek Pastuszka, EVP for the Eastern European region since January 2015, will take over the Western European region. Jacek joined Carlsberg in 2009 as Managing Director of Carlsberg Polska, and in 2011 he became Managing Director of Ringnes, Carlsberg’s Norwegian subsidiary. Under Jacek’s leadership, the Eastern Europe financial performance has stabilized and Baltika has been fully integrated into Carlsberg’s SAIL’22 strategic agenda.
Lars Lehmann will join Carlsberg’s ExCom as Executive Vice president for the Eastern European region and Managing Director for our business in Russia, Baltika Breweries. Lars (52), a Danish national, joined the Carlsberg Group in 2003 and has held various leading positions within the Group, including Vice President Commercial for Eastern Europe and head of the Export, License & Duty Free division. Since 2016, Lars has served as the Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia.
Ted Akiskalos, currently Managing Director of Carlsberg Sweden, will replace Lars as Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia.
