KB, also know as the King's Brewery, originally supplied beer to the Danish royal household and fleet. Light ale is the original type of beer in Denmark that was brewed on the farms. The taste is sweet, resulting from a short fermentation process in which only a small amount of sugar is converted into alcohol while the rest of the sugar, along with the sugar added before bottling, add to the beer's sweetness.
KB Light Ale is traditionally sustainable for the good Danish rice pudding. It also goes well with Danish 'Smørrebrød'.
