Tucher Kellerbier
Once upon a time... there were up to 42 breweries in Nuremberg who were clearing the citizens' beer thirst. In order to store all the beer in a cool place, deep rocky basins built under the Kaiserburg.
Proper storage is also of vital importance for our Tucher Kellerbier: it matures in all souls' rest and is filled with debris - a real Nuremberg beer.
