Carlsberg Export & License is responsible for the Group’s export and license business in markets where we do not have our own brewery, via working with local partners for distribution and brewing.

Through our partners, Carlsberg Group is present in more than 100 countries around the globe where we have strong market positions thanks to dynamic partnerships and local market insights.

Export & License also handles the Travel Retails business amongst leading operators in airports, airlines, ferry lines, border trade and more. And carry the responsibility for developing new business through new license or export partnerships, and gaining foothold in areas where Carlsberg is not present yet.
