Majken Schultz

Majken holds a PhD and is a Professor at Copenhagen Business School and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Carlsberg Foundation. She is actively involved in the Danish business community and is a founder partner in the CBS board education program. She is a member of the Danish Committee on Foundation Governance.

Majken Schultz has substantial experience as a professor and advisor in change management, organizational culture, branding, and in how companies address future climate goals. She has 25 years of board experience in companies from, among others, finance, consumer products and the food industry. In addition to her analytical and strategic capabilities, she has a broad international network and expertise.
