She has profound insights of the market and consumers in China and Asia Pacific, as well as a proven track record of driving sustainable and profitable business growth and increasing total shareholder return. As a marketer, she has spearheaded significant transformations and brand innovations that have led to exponential category growth.

Winnie brings exceptional sales and marketing pedigree gained from senior positions at Mars, Coca Cola and Unilever and as the Head of VF Asia, she successfully shifted the channel mix and focused on consumer-centricity and digital capability building.

Winnie leads a multi-cultural, cross-functional organisation in Asia Pacific, with emphasis on China, where she has centered regional hub capabilities. Having worked with major US and European consumer and retail companies throughout her career, whilst deeply engaged in China, she has a deep appreciation of the global impacts and how to engage and bridge understanding of stakeholders across regions and cultures.
